In nature rubber ,Altermix PDM75 can prevent the cure reversion , reduce heat generation ,improve the thermal stability ,the aging resistance, the cord adhesion and the modulus of cured stock if used in combination with sulfur. It can solve shoulder blowing of diagonal heavy truck tires if used in rubber such as shoulder pad and buffer. And it can also be used for large-size thick sectioned articles of natural rubber and various rubbers.<\/p>\n

PDM75 can be used as co-agent in peroxide curing system, compression set can be reduced, the scorch can be prevented during processing.<\/p>\n

PDM75 contains no free sulfur, it can replace all the sulfur-containing curing agents like thiazoles and thiurams when used in rubbers of cables, therefore solve the difficulty that copper wire and copper electrical equipment generate copper sulphide due to contact with sulfur.<\/p>\n

PDM 75 can significantly improve the cross-linking properties and improve the thermal stability, and is suitable for high temperature curing system. At the same time, PDM75 can also be used as a scorch retarder and a tackifying agent.<\/p>\n

Dosage\uff1a Used as a curing co-agent: 1-3 phr. To improve compression deformation: 1.5 phr.<\/p>\n

To improve bond strength\uff1a0.5-5.0 phr.<\/p>\n
