The accelerator TBBS 80GE \u00a0is a kind of after-effect accelerator for NR, BR, IR, SBR and reclaimed rubber, especially suitable for carbon black stock with strong alkalinity. At operating temperature, it has a safe process, an excellent scorching quality, a high curing speed , and a hige stress at a definite elongation, the proportion of synthetic rubber used is also increased.<\/span><\/p>\n

Properties and Applications<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

The accelerator TBBS 80GE has a Low toxicity but a high effectiveness, is an\u00a0 ideal alternative to NOBS. It has an excellent comprehensive performance and is widely used in the production of radial tires.<\/span><\/p>\n

The accelerator TBBS 80GE can be used in combination with aldehyde-amine type accelerator, guanidine accelerator and thiuram type accelerator. When used in combination with the scorch retarder PVI, a good curing system can be formed.<\/span><\/p>\n

The accelerator TBBS 80GE is mainly used in production of tires, rubber shoes, hoses, tapes and cables.<\/span><\/p>\n
