\u00a0<\/strong>The curing critical temperature of the accelerator MBT 80GE is 125\u2103, so it is easy to scorch. It can be used as a peptizer for natural rubber. It can also be used as a scorch retarder in curing systems without sulfur such as CR zinc oxide and magnesium oxide curing systems.<\/span><\/p>\n

Altermix MBT 80GE needs to be used in combination with zinc oxide and stearic acid. For higher curing speed and better curing properties, Altermix MBT-80GE can be used together with secondary accelerators such as guanidines, thiurams and dithiocarbamates.<\/span><\/p>\n

Altermix MBT 80GE is not pollutional, but it is bitter in taste, therefore it is not suitable for rubbers in contact with food.<\/span><\/p>\n
