Product features and dosage<\/strong><\/p>\n

AlterMix DTDM-80GE is suitable for both natural rubber and synthetic rubber. The rubber used in this product has no the phenomenon such as blooming, pollution, discoloration, etc., and has a good dispersibility.<\/p>\n

The vulcanized rubber obtained from EV and SEV curing system with DTDM-80GE has a good heat resistance and aging resistance, and the compression set is lower.<\/p>\n

AlterMix DTDM 80GE can decompose active sulfur at the vulcanization temperature. The effective sulfur content is 27%\uff0cit is safe to operate. The vulcanization is slow when used DTDM alone, however the speed will be improved when combined with thiazoles, thiurams and dithiocarbamates.<\/p>\n

AlterMix DTDM-80GE is especially suitable for IIR, it is mainly used in the manufacture of tires, inner tubes of IIR, tapes and heat resistant rubbers.<\/p>\n
