Altermix 101-50PD (45G) is an organic peroxide vulcanizing agent. Used as a crosslinked free radical donor for rubber materials such as silicone rubber, EPDM, NBR, etc. The product has low odor and is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is mostly used for vulcanization cross-linking of wire and cable, rubber tube, etc. Can be used instead of BIPB (odorless DCP).<\/p>\n

Product features and dosage<\/strong><\/p>\n

  1. Altermix 101 is generally used in combination with co-crosslinking agents such as PDM75, TAC-50G, and TAIC-70 for vulcanization crosslinking of rubber. The vulcanization temperature is generally 170-200 \u00b0C.<\/li>\n
  2. Altermix 101-50PD is a powdered product that is easy to weigh and use and is cost effective.<\/li>\n
  3. Altermix 101-45G is a dust-free masterbatch granule based on polymer. It is easy to weigh and use. It has no dust pollution and can achieve the best dispersion effect in the same processing.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Dosage:<\/p>\n

    Used in saturated rubber EPM, CPE: Altermix 101-50PD recommended dosage 4-7PHR.<\/p>\n

    Recommended dosage in rubber with double bond: 3-6PHR.<\/p>\n

    Packaging and storage<\/strong><\/p>\n

    Product limited use date: 2 years<\/p>\n

    Store in a dry environment at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources. Store at a temperature not higher than 35 \u00b0C.<\/p>\n
