Product features and dosage
Altermix CLD-80 is mainly used as a curing agent for NR, SBR and NBR. It can replace sulfur in part or in whole, and can also be used in natural rubber. CLD-80 has the characteristics of easy dispersion and safe operation, the cured stock with it has good mechanical properties, heat resistance, aging resistance and a low compression set. CLD-80 is suitable for the manufacture of cables, wires, heat-resistant products, thick products and medical rubber stoppers.
Altermix CLD-80 has the characteristics of no blooming, less scorching, and fast curing. It is the best curing agent for large model rubber products (such as tires), heat-resistant rubber products, sanitary rubber products and colored rubber products.
