Product features and dosage
Altertack Eco-11A features tunable particle size, easy derivatization of the structure ,and abundant surface active sites.
Altertack Eco-11A improves the adhesion of rubber to steel wires, synthetic fibers ,etc , and provides stable adhesive strength properties after aging.
Altertack Eco-11A can partially/completely replace resorcinol: In actual use, it is recommended to replace 1 Phr of resorcinol with 2-3 Phr of Eco-11A, which can reduce the VOC pollution caused by the volatilization of resorcinol in the process of mixing, and improve the drawing performance of the steel, and it is recommended that the customer select the optimal additive amount of the product according to the effect of the product in actual use. The ratio of ECO-11A and HMMM-70 is about 1: 0 5-0.7.

Aqueous dispersions with 40% solids are available for use in aqueous processes.+
