Product features and dosage
Altermix CTP-80GE can delay the initial curing time of both natural rubber and diene synthetics without obviously affecting the total curing speed. When used in combination with sulfenamide accelerators and thiazole accelerators, the processing safety of the stock can be improved.
Altermix CTP-80GE can significantly improve the storage stability and the high temperature processing safety of the raw compound.
Altermix CTP-80GE is more active than most scorch retarders. It provides a predictable scorch control in most sulfur donor systems allowing single-stage mixing at a high curing temperature.
Dosage：0.2-2.0 phr. Excessive usage can cause blooming.
