Altermix 101-50PD (45G) is an organic peroxide vulcanizing agent. Used as a crosslinked free radical donor for rubber materials such as silicone rubber, EPDM, NBR, etc. The product has low odor and is suitable for a wide range of applications. It is mostly used for vulcanization cross-linking of wire and cable, rubber tube, etc. Can be used instead of BIPB (odorless DCP).

Product features and dosage
- Altermix 101 is generally used in combination with co-crosslinking agents such as PDM75, TAC-50G, and TAIC-70 for vulcanization crosslinking of rubber. The vulcanization temperature is generally 170-200 °C.
- Altermix 101-50PD is a powdered product that is easy to weigh and use and is cost effective.
- Altermix 101-45G is a dust-free masterbatch granule based on polymer. It is easy to weigh and use. It has no dust pollution and can achieve the best dispersion effect in the same processing.
Dosage:
Used in saturated rubber EPM, CPE: Altermix 101-50PD recommended dosage 4-7PHR.
Recommended dosage in rubber with double bond: 3-6PHR.

Product limited use date: 2 years
Store in a dry environment at room temperature, avoid direct sunlight and keep away from heat sources. Store at a temperature not higher than 35 °C.
