Product features and dosage
During the processing of chlorohydrin rubber, it is easy to find the phenomenon of sticking to the roller, and the roller temperature is required to be high.
When the product is added to the compound, it is easy to migrate from the inner part of the compound to the surface, forming a thin film on the surface, effectively alleviating the phenomenon of roll sticking, and reducing the correlation between roll temperature and roll sticking.
Due to the decrease of viscosity, the fluidity of the compound added with this product is obviously improved, so the physical properties and processing properties of the compound are improved.
Used in eco and other rubber as internal release agent. Generally, the dosage is 1-2 phr.
