80% N-cyclohexylbenzothiazole-2-sulphenamide pre-dispersed masterbatch
Altermix CBS-80GE is a highly active after-effect accelerator, which has an excellent anti-scorch performance, a safe processing and a short vulcanizing time. It is mainly used in the manufacture of industrial products such as tires, hoses, rubber shoes and cables.

Product features and dosage
Altermix CBS-80GE has an excellent acceleration at a vulcanization temperature of 138°C or higher. It is often used in conjunction with TMTD, DPG or other accelerators, such as thiurams and dithiocarbamates can enhance the activity of CBS-80GE.
In EV systems, in combination with thiuram accelerator or dithiocarbamate accelerator, products with excellent ageing resistance and lower compression set can be obtained.
