Product features and dosage
Altermix TDEC 75GE is suitable to be used as a high-activity primary accelerator or secondary accelerator for EPDM，NR，SBR，NBR，CR and IIR, especially for the activation of IIR. It can also be used in combination with thiurams and thiazoles in IIR to obtain a high curing speed.
Altermix TDEC 75GE has an excellent activation effect for thiazole accelerators, besides, the process is quite safe and an excellent aging resistance, a high tensile strength and a good mechanical stability can be provided.
Altermix TDEC 75GE is used in EPDM foamed extrusion products. The cured stock is quickly shaped, making the dimensional stability of the products better.
Dosage：0.1-1.0 phr.
