Product features and dosage
This product is easy to move from the inside to the surface in the compound, forming a thin film on the surface, giving the product good demoulding performance and improving the product qualification rate.
Due to the decrease of viscosity, the fluidity of the compound added with this product is obviously improved, so the physical properties and processing properties of the compound are improved.
It can effectively prevent roll sticking during rubber processing.
Used in AEM, ACM, eco and other rubber as internal release agent. Generally, the dosage is 0.5-1%.
