Product features and dosage
Altermix DOTG-75 is similar to that of the accelerator DPG. The critical temperature of vulcanization is 141°C, it has a very low activity below the operating temperature, so it´s very safe to operate. On the other hand, it is very active above the critical temperature and has a good curing plateau.
Altermix DOTG-75 is an acid accelerator and also an active agent for thiazole and sulfenamide type accelerators, it has an effect of super accelerator when combined with accelerator MBT.
Altermix DOTG-75 is mainly used for special hoses, thick-walled articles, tread rubber stocks, buffer layers, rubber roller covered rubber, etc..
Dosage：0.1-2.5 phr.
