Product features and dosage
Altermix ZDMC 80GE has a high curing speed in NR and synthetic rubber such as SBR, NBR, EPDM,etc.. The addition of thiurams and thiazole accelerators can delay the initial vulcanization and improve process safety.
Compared with dispersing agent like ZDBC, ZDEC and ZEPC, ZDMC has a longer scorch time and a shorter total curing time. Alkaline accelerators have an activation on it. A small amount of ZDMC can be used as a secondary accelerator for thiols and thiurams.
Altermix ZDMC 80GE can improve tensile strength and resilience of the compound, and antioxidant should be added in to improve the heat resistance in NR and IR.
Dosage：
In NR: 0.6-1.0 phr.; As a secondary accelerator: 0.1-0.2 phr.
In SBR/NBR: 0.6-1.2 phr.; As a secondary accelerator: 0.1-0.2phr.
In EPDM: 1.5-2.5 phr.
